WORK
NEOBRUTALISM
In my bachelor thesis I used Blender and generative approaches to realise my concept of a new architectural style. My focus here layed on a chaotic approach, which is generated by the procedural style, and untreated steel as a material. I aimed to create a strong contrast between nature and building and emphasised the core elements of Brutalism. The theoretical part deals with the history of Brutalism and the definition of the style, while the practical part compares Neobrutalism with the core elements of Brutalism. It also analyses and furthers the development of the style.
CG WORKS
My main line of work happens in Blender, where I create a wide variety of CG works and always try to expand my knowledge of the platform. Adding to that, I also leverage the benefits of other 3D software tools such as Embergen, Substance Painter/Designer and Worldcreator to enhance my workflows.
CM DATA ICONS
For an application at Carbon Minds I created those data visualization animations and icons. The task was to visualize complex technologies and ideas for iconographic and illustrative purposes. These illustrations are made to appear in slides and next to explanatory texts.
They were made as a visual guide through a presentation.
